Daily Word - By Faith
 
Our faith produces trust.  Our trust leads us to obedience.  When we
find ourselves struggling with obedience to God ... it begins with our
faith in Him ... to trust that He will do what He has promised ... that
He will provide for our every need ... that He will never leave nor
forsake us ... and that we must act on our own to gain whatever it is
that we desire.

If we do not have faith and trust in the little things like earthly
possessions ... daily problems ... life's struggles ... how can we claim
to have faith in the everlasting ones?  That by faith and trust in
Christ and His sacrifice on the cross ... that we have become heirs with
Him?  Let us trust the Lord with all our minds, hearts and strength
every day we are given.

Hebrews 11: 1
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things
not seen.

Psalm 18: 2
The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my
strength, in whom I will trust
