Daily Word - Joint Heirs
 
There is a common struggle that everyone faces ... looking for their
fair share of blessings .... a portion of what they deserve in this life
... whether it be love ... happiness ... or material possessions ... and
spend their entire lives pursuing these things only to find that the
measure of their fair share ... it is never enough to satisfy ... the
flesh is never satisfied.

But when we look to Christ ... we are given more than we could ever
deserve.  What could we ever do to earn the place of an heir with Christ
in all things?  It is only through the love of Christ ... and the mercy
we've received through His sacrifice ... that we have been given all
from the Father in Christ ... not deserving anything ... but by grace
receiving all.

Hebrews 1: 1-2
God ... Has in these last days spoken to us by his Son, whom he has
appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds

Romans 8: 15-18
You have received the Spirit of adoption ... The Spirit itself bears
witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God ... And if
children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ
