PROVERBS 29:25 KJV There is "healthy fear" which can help to keep us from harm ... looking before we cross a busy road ... obeying warnings signs when nearing a dangerous area ... not touching the burner of a hot stove or oven ...all things that are good.
But fear can also be a snare ... a trap ...
set by the enemy to cause us to doubt ... cause us to react ... rather
than to put all of our trust and hope in the Lord.
Proverbs 29:25
The fear of man brings a snare: but whoever puts his trust in the LORD
shall be safe
2 Timothy 1:7
For God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love,
and of a sound mind.
