EXODUS 14:13-14 Often, the hardest thing for us to do is be patient ... our nature is to "do something". If we fear what's ahead, we may want to turn around and run ... if we're angry, we may want to rush in and take it on "head-to-head" ... or if we're indifferent, we may want to devise a plan that seems to be the best solution through our own wisdom and power.
But when God leads His children into a wilderness ... and faced with an enormous army pursuing behind .... an impossible Red Sea in front of us ... and we are at a place where only God can save us ... we must stand still and wait on His power to deliver us.
Exodus 14:13-14
Fear you not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will show to you to day ... The LORD shall fight for you, and you shall hold your peace
