The first is that we live in a "fallen world" and the way that things are, was not God's perfect plan for His creation. But as the Bible says, "by one man sin entered into the world" (Rom 5:12) and we have all fallen away ... including this world.
The second is that we have a relentless enemy who desires to "steal, kill and destroy" all that God intends for us. But Christ came to give us life ... "that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." (John 10:10)
But God, through His son Jesus Christ, became flesh, to live, to suffer and die that we might live with him forever. Through His life and suffering, he knows the pain and the trials that we face each and every day. But He has given us His strength to press on ... persevere ... and make it through by His strength.
Matthew 11:28
28 Come to me, all you that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest
29 Take my yoke on you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and you shall find rest to your souls.
30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light
