a person guilty or innocent. You have the right to a trial before a
Judge or jury ... you have the right to be represented by your counsel
or attorney ... and you have the right to be considered innocent until
proven guilty.
But according to God's righteousness ... we were all found guilty and
condemned to death through sin. But He sent us our counselor, Jesus
Christ, not only to plead for our innocence, but to face our penalty of
death, so that we might be set free.
And on that day, when we stand
before the Father, it will once again be Christ, our counselor and
redeemer ... who will be both our judge and jury! There is no more grace
or mercy displayed than in this wondrous gift of redemption.

John 5:24

that sent me, has everlasting life, and shall not come into
condemnation; but is passed from death to life
