We might think that God’s Word … scripture and the gospel of Jesus Christ … is just about our eternal life and salvation.
Of course, this is the essential message of His Word and the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, but there is also a treasure of God’s wisdom and direction for us to live our lives pleasing to Him.
This is the work of the Holy Spirit and our sanctification. Let us renew our minds and our hearts by the “washing of the word” every day in our busy lives.

You have made known to me the ways of life; you shall make me full of joy with your countenance
