Seven Reasons To Believe The Pre-Trib Rapture

1/5/2021

PictureFROM: "7 Reasons to trust the Pre-trib Rapture"
WHEN IS THE RAPTURE?

The Great Tribulation is actually known as The Time of Jacob's (Israel's) Trouble in the King James Bible.

I pray that this study will bless and comfort you.

Below Are Seven Arguments Favoring the Pre-Tribulation View
:

  • The Tribulation's Purpose Concerns Israel (Jeremiah 30:7; Daniel 9:24)
  • No Biblical Reference to the Church on Earth During the Tribulation Period (Revelation 4-22).
  • Church is Promised an Exemption from Divine Wrath (1 Thessalonians 1:10, 5:9; Romans 5:9; Revelation 3:10, 6:17)
  • Rapture is Imminent (1 Corinthians 15:51; 1 Thessalonians 4:15)
  • Rapture is a Comfort (1 Thessalonians 4:18)
  • Antichrist Cannot Come to Power Until the Restrainer is Removed         (2 Thessalonians 2:6-7)
  • Symbollic Parallels (2 Peter 2:5-9)

The Tribulation, or Time of Jacob's Trouble, is not for the purpose of cleansing the Church: she is already washed in the Blood of the Lamb, Jesus Christ.

It is rather a time when God turns his full attention back to the Hebrew nation to 'try' them and to draw them back to Him.

SCRIPTURE REFERENCES:

Jeremiah 30:7 Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob's trouble, but he shall be saved out of it.

Daniel 9:24 - Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

Revelation 4-22 - (See full Chapters at Link)

1 Thessalonians 1:10 - And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come.

1 Thessalonians 5:9 - For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,

Romans 5:9 - Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

Revelation 3:10 - Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

Revelation 6:17 - For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

1 Corinthians 15:51 - Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

1
Thessalonians 4:15 - For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.

1 Thessalonians 4:18 - Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

2 Thessalonians 2:6-7 - And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.

2 Peter 2:5-9 - And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly; And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly; And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked: (For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;) The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:

AMEN!

Revelation 22:20 - He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.
